When you travel to a different time zone and disrupt your body clock, which helps you wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night, you may fall victim to jet lag - you will be trying to sleep at times when your internal body clock says you should be awake!!How to reduce the effect?
Here are some tips.
1. Blindfolds, ear plugs, neckrests and blow-up pillows are all useful in helping you get quality sleep while flying. Kick your shoes off to easepressure on the feet.
2. Get as much exercise as you can: walking up and down the aisle, rotating your ankles and doing gentle stretching exercises in your seat can help to reduce discomfort and allow you to have a more relaxed flight.
3. Change your watch as soon as you get on the flight: the quickeryou adapt to the time zone the lower level of jet lag is likely to be.
